It's not that she's not popular in the U.S., Lots of people love her, it's just that she's not famous here like lady gaga. But that's a good thing, not many great musicians are super famous, but trust me people do listen to them. and when you say "Americans" you're talking about people from 50 different states, each one being the size of most countries. That's about 311,780,104 people, not all of them listen to her, but a lot do. I’m american, I love Marina, and I listen to all kinds of music.
